Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain eligibility file feeds and connectivity with various vendors
- Establish and manage data exchanges and integrations between benefits administration platforms and third-party vendors
- Monitor data transmission and troubleshoot issues related to data delivery and receipt
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in data integration or benefits administration technology
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines efficiently
- Expert in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas
