Data Pipeline Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Pipeline Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design discussions and conduct comprehensive design reviews for data pipeline solutions
• Guide data target analysis, support data mapping/modeling initiatives, and manage a diverse engineering team
• Facilitate Agile planning cycles, daily standups, and other ceremonies for a large team while resolving technical blockers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of technical experience in data engineering or software development, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Expert-level Python development experience focused on data pipeline applications
• Proven expertise in Confluent Kafka and solutions architecture for data engineering
• Experience with Kubernetes/AWS EKS, infrastructure automation, and SAFe/Agile methodologies
