Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Science Lead to spearhead the development of statistical and machine learning models for predictive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and validate statistical and machine learning models to drive business insights and automation
• Lead exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and translate business problems into modeling challenges
• Serve as the data science expert within BI, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied statistics
• Education in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production environments
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity in data visualization tools like Tableau
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
