Senior Data Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Manager to lead clinical data management services for global trials in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical trials, ensuring quality and compliance
• Act as the primary client contact, leading negotiations and maintaining strong relationships
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and oversee service performance, implementing quality management plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years in clinical data management with at least 5 years in a project leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of data management processes and clinical trial technologies
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines
• Proven ability to lead customer negotiations and manage stakeholder communications
