A company is looking for a Decision Support Analyst to assist clients with business solutions and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client data and ensure accurate data segmentation and formatting for marketing
• Execute and analyze decision support processes to measure campaign efficiency and data integrity
• Provide data analysis and recommendations to support technical operations and enhance client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of relational database design and application
• Knowledge of best practices in SQL, Campaign Management Tools, and Business Intelligence Tools
• Familiarity with Information Technology practices and specific industry knowledge
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
