Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Team Lead to oversee clinical data management services for global trials in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical trials, ensuring quality and budget compliance
• Act as the primary client contact, lead negotiations, and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and oversee service performance and continuous process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years in clinical data management with at least 10 years in a project leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of data management processes and clinical trial technologies
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines
• Proven ability to lead complex customer negotiations and manage stakeholder communications
