Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Operational Data & Resource Capacity Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains resource capacity models to forecast demand and optimize allocation
• Builds dashboards and reports for efficient operations and data-driven decision-making
• Leads a team of data analysts to deliver actionable operational insights and monitor colleague utilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 3-5 years of experience in operational data reporting and resource capacity management
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Project or program management experience preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Certinia is a plus
