Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert in patient care data and contribute to building a data-driven culture
• Collaborate to design and implement systems for scaling non-clinical teams
• Utilize data to identify automation opportunities and define key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, or statistical analysis involving SQL
• 3+ years of experience working in healthcare
• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python
• Experience scoping and implementing data-driven solutions to ambiguous problems
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
