Database Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement, and troubleshoot database architectures using MySQL
• Identify user requirements by researching and analyzing user needs and preferences
• Work with data modeling, database design, data warehousing, and integration (ETL)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience
• Working knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data quality standards
• Experience with SQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with AWS RDS/Aurora and Azure MySQL
• Understanding of governance and security practices including encryption and user access controls
