Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and calibrate HVAC systems
• Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs
• Record maintenance activities and advise clients on system efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces
