Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Success Manager who will ensure the quality and successful delivery of services through partner networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partner delivery resources and facilitate communication meetings
• Monitor service delivery quality, identify risks, and collaborate on issue resolution
• Advocate for partners within the organization to remove roadblocks and enhance delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing technical services or implementation projects through external partners
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies and best practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
