Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partner delivery resources and facilitate communication meetings
- Monitor service delivery quality, identify risks, and collaborate on issue resolution
- Advocate for partners within the organization to remove roadblocks and enhance delivery processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in managing technical services or implementation projects through external partners
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
