Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to support the onboarding of new strategic customers onto their software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle park setup, rule creation, account builds, and onboarding for assigned parks
• Conduct pre-live training sessions and complete financial mapping for assigned parks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic onboarding customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Campspot Implementation Manager
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Rocketlane, and Hubspot for onboarding and project management
• Proven track record of handling high revenue and multi-park group onboarding
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a higher number of complex parks
• Flexibility to work some weekday evening hours based on customer timezones
