Gender Equality Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize and integrate the Gender Assessment and Action Plan across project components
• Design and deliver gender sensitization and GBV/SEAH prevention training for project staff and beneficiaries
• Develop and implement sex-disaggregated data collection tools and contribute to gender-sensitive monitoring and evaluation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, Community Development, Biology, or related field; a bachelor's degree requires additional relevant experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in development projects focusing on gender equity and inclusion
• Working knowledge of English (level C)
• Excellent knowledge of gender equality and women's empowerment concepts
• Familiarity with grievance mechanisms and gender-sensitive programming
