Key Responsibilities
- Coach and lead a team of Solution Consultants while engaging directly with clients
- Drive strategic sales efforts in collaboration with Account Executives, focusing on new business and expansion revenue
- Ensure operational excellence by managing timely responses to RFIs and RFPs and optimizing pre-sales performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or Pre-Sales roles, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven ability to build and scale consultative pre-sales teams in fast-growing SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of AI-powered software solutions and their application in sales and operations
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field
- Experience influencing product strategy through customer feedback and field insights
