Demand Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Analyst who will ensure accurate visibility into resource capacity and demand across enterprise projects and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project estimates, resource demand, and capacity data in ServiceNow SPM
• Collaborate with project managers and resource managers to support accurate forecasting and resource allocation
• Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to communicate capacity and demand trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience in capacity planning, resource management, project coordination, or portfolio operations
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other analytics/reporting platforms
• Experience identifying process gaps and contributing to workflow or system optimization
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PPM tools is preferred
