A company is looking for a Staff Data Analyst to join their Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to guide business strategy using data-driven insights
• Maintain scalable data models and leverage advanced analytics tools to support decision-making
• Translate data into actionable business strategies and foster collaboration across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles
• Deep expertise in SQL and experience with Snowflake and Tableau
• Proficiency in Python for analytics workflows and statistical analysis
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and familiarity with predictive analytics is a plus
