Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale data architecture for healthcare analytics, ensuring compliance and data governance
• Lead the development of comprehensive data models and foundation data models for analytics-ready healthcare data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute data architecture initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of data architecture experience with 3+ years in healthcare analytics
• Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake data warehouse design and optimization
• Advanced Power BI development skills including semantic modeling
• Strong background in healthcare data standards and compliance requirements
