Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in demand generation for SaaS, HR tech, or professional services
- Strong understanding of demand generation tactics, ABM, and marketing automation
- Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI
- Experience targeting HR leaders, CHROs, or enterprise buyers is a plus
