Job Summary
A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to enhance its marketing operations and drive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub, including workflows, scoring rules, and reporting dashboards
- Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive bookings
- Manage and optimize ABM programs and lead paid advertising across various platforms
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation and/or marketing operations
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (Inbound-certified preferred)
- Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
- Experience managing and optimizing paid media budgets
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance metrics effectively
