Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a proactive and creative Remote Influencer Coordinator to manage collaborations between local brands and digital influencers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with social media influencers to promote brand awareness and drive campaign success. You will play a vital part in shaping how local businesses connect with their audiences through authentic influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.

Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies.
• *

Coordinate influencer campaigns from initial outreach through to contract negotiation, content approval, and performance tracking.
• *

Collaborate with brand clients to understand their target audience, voice, and objectives.
• *

Ensure all content created aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• *

Track influencer campaign metrics such as engagement, reach, ROI, and audience sentiment.
• *

Prepare campaign performance reports and suggest areas of improvement.
• *

Manage influencer payments and agreements with accuracy and timeliness.
• *

Monitor current trends in influencer marketing, social media, and local market movements.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• *

A solid understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• *

Ability to evaluate influencer content and follower quality, not just numbers.
• *

Proficiency in digital tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and social media analytics tools.
• *

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
• *

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• *

Confidence in negotiation and client communication.
• Experience
• *

1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or public relations preferred.
• *

Freshers with strong social media knowledge and interest in brand partnerships are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience managing or collaborating with micro or nano influencers is an added advantage.
