Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvements
• Design and implement an automation framework for efficient deployment processes
• Guide and mentor the DevOps team on infrastructure as code strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a team of DevOps engineers
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role
• 2+ years of experience with Ansible
• Strong background in CI/CD automation, preferably with Gitlab, Ansible, and Terraform
• Experience with centralized configuration management
