Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical engagements throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design during pre-sales, including security reviews
- Guide new customers through technical setup and coordinate with DevOps for onboarding
- Develop internal documentation and training programs for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar role
- Solid understanding of software architectures, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems
- Familiarity with the data and analytics landscape and experience with BI tools
- Proven experience in pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales technical enablement
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams
