A company is looking for a Digital Business Analyst to support and optimize their customer-facing website.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for website production issues and ensure timely resolution
- Identify trends in production issues and user feedback to recommend website improvements
- Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on website capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Five to eight years of experience in customer experience, digital support, or product support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to triage issues effectively
- Data literacy to interpret usage trends and recommend actions
- Familiarity with annuity or insurance products is preferred
