Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain website content, coordinating with external web vendors and tracking metrics
- Draft and distribute email newsletters, monitor performance metrics, and manage contact lists
- Oversee production timelines for communication assets and support media relations and social media efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field; international relations experience preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant communications experience in nonprofit or public policy settings
- Proven understanding of website best practices, including SEO
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
