Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships to deliver integrated, strategic paid media solutions
- Lead media strategy and client management across key accounts, ensuring smooth operations and execution
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in media planning and strategy, with at least 5 years in client leadership roles
- Deep expertise in full-funnel, 360-media planning, focusing on omni-digital channels
- Experience leading media strategy across both Consumer and HCP audiences
- Proven success in building and scaling media teams in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with media research and reporting tools, and a test-and-learn mindset in performance media
