Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Producer to support the development, production, and delivery of podcast episodes across its network.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing podcast recordings, managing production calendars, and coordinating file delivery
• Contribute to episode research, scripting, and narrative development while ensuring compliance with network standards
• Support hosts and production crew during tapings and maintain organized file systems for all episodes and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in communications, media, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in audio production, journalism, or digital media
• Working knowledge of podcasting tools and proficiency with audio editing software
• Strong writing, research, and story development skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment under tight deadlines
