Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Experience Analyst to support its medical professional line of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time online portal support, managing customer inquiries and requests
  • Document and analyze support issues, collaborating with IT and Training & Development teams
  • Research and present innovative digital experience support technologies and enhancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Business/Marketing, Insurance, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in insurance, financial, or related industry
  • One year experience with ServiceNow platform strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Product Development and/or IT leadership
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and digital production platforms
