- Provide real-time online portal support, managing customer inquiries and requests
- Document and analyze support issues, collaborating with IT and Training & Development teams
- Research and present innovative digital experience support technologies and enhancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Business/Marketing, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in insurance, financial, or related industry
- One year experience with ServiceNow platform strongly preferred
- Experience working with Product Development and/or IT leadership
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and digital production platforms
