Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AI to lead its AI strategy and technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI strategy while balancing innovation-focused projects
• Lead and manage the AI/ML team across various active projects
• Oversee AI governance activities to ensure responsible technology deployment

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field with 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML, including 5-7 years in leadership
• Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for an AI team
• Deep technical expertise in AI and machine learning disciplines relevant to enterprise applications
• Strong history of leading AI projects from conception to successful deployment
• Experience in AI governance, ethics, security, and compliance
