Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Ad Operations team, ensuring alignment with company growth goals
- Oversee end-to-end management of programmatic CTV campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Develop best practices and workflows, monitor performance data, and ensure compliance with industry standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 8+ years in digital ad operations with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record managing CTV and programmatic campaigns at scale
- Hands-on experience with SSPs, DSPs, and ad serving platforms
- Strong understanding of PMP deal structures, inventory monetization, and yield optimization
