Director of AI Infrastructure

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering - AI Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead an AI Infrastructure Engineering team, establishing culture, processes, and technical standards
• Develop a comprehensive technical vision for generative AI infrastructure to enable seamless integration across workflows
• Own and operate generative AI platforms and establish operational excellence for efficient AI deployment at scale

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering and infrastructure leadership roles
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and services
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing engineering teams
• Deep expertise in cloud ML platforms and services, preferably AWS
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred
