Director of Client Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Services to oversee the successful delivery of services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to project managers to achieve project objectives
• Manage and mentor project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in a client-facing role within a government consulting firm
• Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret
• BS/BA required; MS degree preferred
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and development
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; PMP preferred
