Director of Commercial Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Operations Strategy and InterPlan Relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of processes for efficiencies and possible automation
• Act as the primary contact for the BlueCard Program and related issues
• Ensure the Plan maximizes the value of the BlueCard Program for all constituents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, healthcare, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years of leadership/managerial experience in healthcare or strategy setting
• Experience in communicating concepts and influencing at executive levels
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
