Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams responsible for cross-functional capabilities within the Customer Success department
- Continuously improve thought leadership and delivery excellence to enhance customer experience
- Incubate new service offerings, such as Business Consulting, as business needs evolve
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building and leading customer engagement/project management capabilities in a software vendor environment
- Experience in building and leading business consulting or value discovery professional services capabilities
- Ability and/or willingness to use the company's product
- Operational excellence and a bias for action and speed
- Player-coach capability to execute across various success functions
