Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams responsible for cross-functional capabilities within the Customer Success department
  • Continuously improve thought leadership and delivery excellence to enhance customer experience
  • Incubate new service offerings, such as Business Consulting, as business needs evolve


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in building and leading customer engagement/project management capabilities in a software vendor environment
  • Experience in building and leading business consulting or value discovery professional services capabilities
  • Ability and/or willingness to use the company's product
  • Operational excellence and a bias for action and speed
  • Player-coach capability to execute across various success functions
