Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in providing scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and Tableau
• Establish strong relationships with data warehouse and data modeling leadership to enhance reporting data preparation
• Oversee the delivery of external reporting solutions on time and within budget while managing team performance and culture

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in reporting and data analytics, preferably in revenue cycle operations or healthcare
• 5+ years in an analytics management role with knowledge of performance metrics
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for high-quality analytics delivery
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Proven track record of leading technology and product resources effectively
