Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to product vision and strategy, shaping the roadmap and influencing key company decisions
• Develop the design philosophy, balancing speed, innovation, and AI integration
• Lead and grow the design team, providing direction, coaching, and optimizing execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product / UX Design
• 3+ years leading a Design team with ownership over systems and processes
• 3+ years of experience at an early/mid-stage SaaS company
• Experience improving design systems and processes
• Prior experience managing a fully-remote team
