Senior Content Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Content Designer for a remote, 12-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft, edit, test, and refine product content, including UI text and in-product education
• Use empathy, logic, and data to inform content choices and enhance user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent product language and improve content workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in user-focused product writing
• Experience writing for business audiences
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and experience in content writing and UX writing
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada without sponsorship
