Key Responsibilities
- Oversee an 8-figure annual digital marketing program across various channels
- Lead and develop a team of three channel managers to drive customer growth
- Optimize acquisition funnels and build new features to enhance LTV and CAC
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably with paid social and search
- Experience managing large performance marketing budgets towards efficiency and CAC goals
- 4+ years of experience in managing and developing a team of marketing managers
- Proven ability to leverage data for measurable impact on marketing goals
- Experience with both web and app campaigns and the necessary tech stack
