Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - Core Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long-term strategy for the pricing platform
• Grow and mentor a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure cohesive execution and oversee the delivery of scalable infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Proven success in leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams
• Deep experience with large-scale, cloud-based distributed systems, preferably in fintech or ML-based environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and scalable API design
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and microservice architectures
