Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technology to lead the Campus Kaizen engineering team and drive innovation for its SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the engineering strategy, including modernization efforts
• Oversee migration to AWS, implementing infrastructure-as-code and disaster recovery plans
• Manage a globally distributed offshore development team and drive agile practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in technical leadership
• Proven experience managing outsourced or hybrid engineering teams across multiple time zones
• Strong technical skills in PHP, Vue.js, Node.js, AWS infrastructure, and Docker/Kubernetes
• Deep knowledge of SaaS architecture and modern DevOps toolchains
• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB databases
