Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A, Americas Hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize P&Ls for the Americas region and Commercial Business
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and present actionable recommendations to senior management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial modeling
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ability to lead and develop a finance team
• Familiarity with financial tools and data platforms such as Adaptive Planning, Snowflake, and Tableau
