Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Gen AI & Agentic AI Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and deployment of Gen AI applications for mortgage lending
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud-native services and mentor engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or data science, with 3+ years in Gen AI or LLM-based systems
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with REST API development and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
• Deep understanding of AI governance and model safety
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver enterprise-grade AI applications
