Director of Global RWD Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Real-World Data (RWD) Strategy & Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the comprehensiveness and fitness-for-purpose of real-world data through feasibility assessments
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and source real-world data gaps
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and contribute to innovative data strategy initiatives

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Economics, Health Services, Health Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Director role for Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
• Experience with SAS or R; SQL/Python as a substitute is acceptable
• Broad knowledge of the real-world data ecosystem, including analytics and strategy
• Ability to evaluate health technologies for clinical effectiveness, safety, and cost-effectiveness
