R&D Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Manager to lead product development and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of power solutions for various industries by analyzing customer feedback and adhering to engineering standards
• Manage a team of engineers and CAD designers, guiding projects from concept development to final design
• Create prototypes, conduct testing, and refine designs while ensuring compliance with design specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering accredited by ABET
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Demonstrable knowledge of relevant UL standards related to electrical equipment design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and AutoCAD Inventor
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
