Principal AI Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Scientist responsible for developing and implementing machine learning methodologies and providing predictive insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the research, design, building, and maintenance of predictive models in a production environment
• Partner with stakeholders to leverage company data for business solutions and communicate directly with clients
• Research and experiment with new AI technologies and develop cutting-edge analytic systems and models

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling, with expertise in Generative and Agentic AI
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in software development and collaboration across teams
• Advanced proficiency in Python & PyTorch for handling large datasets and training AI/ML models
• Experience in designing, conducting, analyzing, and interpreting experiments and investigations
