Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in research to develop a large-scale synthetic data generation pipeline
• Optimize AI inference workloads for performance, cost, and resource utilization
• Contribute to open-source libraries for synthetic data generation and distributed RL frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in AI/ML engineering with experience in large-scale AI model pipelines
• Deep expertise in distributed inference techniques and frameworks
• Solid understanding of MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Passion for advancing reasoning capabilities and democratizing AI access
