Key Responsibilities
- Manage client reporting programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Deliver insights projects end-to-end, including research design, analysis, and visualization
- Contribute to proposals and scopes in collaboration with senior team members
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an insights role
- Experience with multi-market clients
- Strong technical proficiency in social listening tools such as Talkwalker, Hootsuite, or Sprinklr
- Competent in Microsoft/Google Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Bonus: Experience in automotive, financial services, retail, or travel sectors
