Job Summary

A company is looking for a Line Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and lead FSP staff across the respective region
• Ensure FSP staff are adequately trained and adhere to all appropriate SOPs, policies, and regulations
• Evaluate performance metrics to identify process improvement areas

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS/BSc or RN
• 2 years of experience as a study manager/project manager for US based positions
• 5 years of experience as a study manager/project manager preferred for US based positions
• Experience working on industry-sponsored or partnered clinical trials
• Previous experience in managing direct reports preferred
