A company is looking for a Director of Go-to-Market (GTM).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize outreach and engagement workflows, including data flows and lead prioritization
- Develop and lead an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy aligned with marketing and revenue goals
- Plan and execute industry events, tracking performance and pipeline impact
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in GTM, revenue operations, growth, or strategic marketing roles
- Experience managing and scaling complex GTM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proven track record in leading successful ABM and event marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data
- Engineering-style thinking to identify and resolve pipeline friction points
