Director of Health Plan Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Health Plan Reporting & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analytics professionals in delivering data to partners and internal stakeholders while upholding regulatory requirements
• Act as an expert consultant to internal stakeholders and client partners, translating regulatory requirements into business and technical specifications
• Deliver actionable insights on quality performance and support organizational growth by developing and implementing reporting requirements for new partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of analytics and reporting experience in a healthcare plan or value-based organization
• 6+ years of healthcare regulatory reporting experience with CMS or state Medicaid agencies
• 6+ years of implementation experience in value-based healthcare reporting requirements
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based environments, including Google Cloud and BigQuery
