Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that aligns with organizational priorities
- Partner with executives to create clear messaging for company updates and change management
- Design communications for major milestones and internal events to reinforce culture and values
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in high-growth environments and knowledge of transitioning from private to public companies
- Understanding of SEC restrictions and disclosure requirements during IPO preparation
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite leaders
- Experience managing communication channels and cadences at scale
